Molloy College conveniently located in Rockville Centre, New York offers degrees for Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's and Post Master's Certificates. The college first began as Molloy Catholic College for Women in 1955. The college is home to 12 teams men and women's competing sports of both the in NCAA Division II and NYCAC. Today Molloy the faculty is made up of around 143 full time educators and 300 part- time. The college openly welcomes and invites both men and women of different ages, races, religious beliefs and cultural lifestyles & backgrounds.

Molloy College backs its students with is wonderful career service center, it's filled with programs to aide their students with career resources and tools for job development. Student's can call to setup Appointments Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesdays it's open till 7:00 pm. Some of the highlighted services are education events, career Interest assessment, jobs & Internship sites, resume & cover letters, and my cool career.

Molloy's Information Technology department supports all of the college with respect to its teaching, research, administrative, and community service endeavors by providing leadership. It provides users advisory and analytical services and institutional research resources, infrastructure integrating systems throughout the College, ability to communicate through a variety of media, and Development. It the brain for over 625 computers of which 245 is for academic use located in 18 labs on campus and rest are for administrative use. The college also supports over 400 printers. Molloy also maintains two weather stations that provide real time meteorological readings via the Internet.

Molloy has 4 state-of-the art academic computer Labs housing equipment for valuable resource for the Molloy college community. Students and College personnel are treated as valued customers who might need assistance in the use of software. Questions are welcomed and answered with expertise and respect. The labs are unique as well as productive, is the one to one assistance provided by our student lab assistants who are knowledgeable and earnest in performing their duties.

Molloy students enjoy the access labs that house 37 personal computers with cdr's, and there are instructional materials for Mac computers as well. Both pc classrooms have an impressive 14 Pentium based computers along with laser printers and data projectors. Every lab has internet access, email, micro office along with other computer based software. Now the Mac lab houses 16 Mac computers with lasers printer's scanners plus all types of the best in software as well.

Students can earn degrees in many fields at Malloy in B.A. / B.S.

Malloy also offers students pre-professional A.A. / A.A.S.

Pre-Law, Pre-Med, Pre-Veterinary, Pre-Dental, Liberal Arts; Cardiovascular Technology, Health Information Technology; Nuclear Medicine Technology Respiratory Care; M.A. / M.S. available for Nursing & Education;

Molloy College supports and participates in the federal and state financial aid programs. Offering additional support is available in the form of grants and scholarships. Financial aid is available in the form of grants, scholarships, loans and work study programs.

Students who wish to be considered for financial aid including Scholarships should file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid FAFSA or the FAFSA Renewal Application with the federal processor. Legal New York State residents who will attend full-time should also file the New York State Express Tuition Assistance Program Application ETA with New York State Higher Education Services Corporation NYSHESC.

Students who are applying for financial aid for the first time at Molloy should also complete the Application for Financial Aid and/or Scholarships. The FAFSA and Application for Financial Aid and/or Scholarships are available in the Financial Aid and Admissions Offices. To maximum consideration for the different financial aid programs it is suggested students file their applications for the next academic year as soon as possible after January 1. Priority consideration for institutional awards will be given to those students whose processed forms are available by May 1, of each year. Students must re-apply for financial aid every academic year; renewal of awards is not automatic.

Molloy College offers virtually unlimited outlets for career advancement with its continuing education and professional development center. With its diversity of studies like animal care, child care, real-estate, computer skills, to name just a bit of the ones offered. Personal enrichment studies include topics like film festival, floral design, interior decorating, music, and more.

Molloy's Siena Women's Center offers discussions on issues pertinent to women. Women can hear lectures and be involved in discussions and symposia exploring topics of importance to women. The library offers books and periodicals as well on women issue topics like, aging family and daycare, psychology, violence, men and so many more. They have focused studies on women in art, gender and communication, women in religion and history women in American history, women in politics, psychology of women, social roles of women & men.
