Washington Street School founded on beliefs, it is important for the home and school to work together to provide a quality education. Being committed to the goal of academic excellence and believe that the fundamental skills of all major content areas are of the highest priority in the education of our young people. Children’s self-esteem is the key to success in school and has created a safe and supportive environment that enhances a joy of learning for all our students. The Parent-Teacher Association in each school in the District whose aim is to promote the welfare of children in home, school, church, and community, and to bring the school and home into closer relationship so that parents and teacher may cooperate in an informed way in the training of our children. |

Washinton Street School is a great school. I am going to be moving in either one year or two, and I will miss the school a lot.
PS: Just so everybody knows, Mrs. Giarrusso is THE BEST teacher of all time. |
