Welcome to McKenna Elementary School where “everyone is a star.” As you browse our website, you will learn that McKenna is a school that provides a unique educational experience where learning is fun, yet rigorous, as we prepare our students for the increasing demands of the 21st century. Our school is comprised of approximately 700 general and special education students. McKenna houses several District programs including the elementary self-contained Special Education Program; the Gifted and Talented Program; M-TRACT, the teacher center and the Senior Center. The diversity of these programs creates an especially exciting and enriching school environment.
